About

I remember being around 10 or 11 years old when I had my first photography experience, I was assisting my Dad with a wedding shoot, having the enormous responsibility of carrying the camera bag filled with lenses, camera bodies and rolls of 120 and 35mm film.

As a young boy, I was always interested in being creative regardless of the medium, one day I could be painting and drawing and the next I'll be running around the house with a disposable film camera trying to capture my unique perspective on the world.

My spark for creativity continued through my adolescence and well into my teens, leading me to pursue an education in the creative industry. However it wasn’t until I had left education and had worked in a variety of jobs and countries that I landed my first photography gig, and to this day is still one of the most nerve racking experiences of my professional life, but I did it and the feeling afterwards and seeing the clients face when they saw the images was something that will stay with me forever, and from that moment I was completely hooked, I knew exactly which direction I wanted to go and the life I wanted, and I’m still going.

It turns out all those shoots I assisted my Dad with would pave the way for who I would one day become, and without knowing I would learn so much from being by his side, and to this day I continue to apply what he taught me.

I believe photography is a perfect way of capturing those moments that you want to remember forever big or small, a snapshot of time or a magically fleeting moment. Photography has given all of us the ability to freeze those moments in time for an eternity so we can look back on them and relive them once again.
